What is being sold

The Storm Claim File is a digital educational publication comprising written modules and document templates, delivered on the web immediately after purchase. It is not a service, not advice about your particular circumstances, and not representation of any kind.

What it is not

Nothing on this site or in the product is legal advice, insurance advice, or a substitute for a licensed public adjuster or attorney. Storm Season Experts does not represent policyholders, does not communicate with insurers on behalf of any person, does not adjust, negotiate or settle insurance claims, and receives no percentage of any settlement and no referral fees. No outcome on any insurance claim is promised, predicted or guaranteed.

Insurance policies, deadlines, licensing rules and consumer protections vary by state and by policy. You are responsible for reading your own policy and for obtaining professional advice licensed in your jurisdiction where your circumstances warrant it.

Refund

Every purchase carries an unconditional refund for sixty days from the date of purchase. No reason is required, no evidence is required, and no form must be completed. Send a refund request from the email address used at purchase and it will be reversed. Access to the material ends on refund.

Licence and use

Purchase grants one household a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for their own insurance claims, including future claims. The document templates may be completed, printed and sent by the purchaser in their own name. Redistribution, resale, republication or commercial use, including use by contractors, adjusters or agencies in the course of business, is not permitted without written permission.

Availability

Access is provided on a best-efforts basis. In the event access is permanently discontinued within twelve months of purchase, a downloadable copy of the material will be made available or the purchase refunded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising out of the purchase or use of this material is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under consumer protection legislation that applies to you.
