The Claim Position Check runs entirely inside your browser. The answers you give it, including your dwelling limit, are never transmitted to us, never stored on a server, and are gone when you close the tab. There is no email wall on the result because we do not want the data.
What we collect
If you buy the Storm Claim File, our payment processor collects the information needed to take payment and to deliver access, including your email address and billing details. We receive your email address and the fact of your purchase. We never receive or store your full card number.
If you email us, we hold that correspondence in order to answer it.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share personal information. We do not pass details of visitors or purchasers to contractors, public adjusters, attorneys or insurers. We run no advertising network and no affiliate tracking. If analytics are used, they will be a privacy-preserving, cookie-free measure of page views only, and this page will name the provider when that is in place.
Your rights
You may request a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to hello@stormseasonexperts.com. Deleting purchase records may end access to the product.
